VIBURNUM TINUS
Common Name: Laurustinus
Family: Caprifoliaceae

A hardy evergreen bushy shrub, reaching around 3 metres high. It has clusters of sweet smelling white or pink-tinged flowers which appear any time from November to February, depending on weather conditions. These are followed by pink berries which ripen to black. The small leathery leaves are a useful filler in flower arranging, and very long-lasting.
