Hostas are one of my favourite foliage plants. They are hardy herbaceous perennials, and many of them have lovely flowers of white or shades of lavender. The foliage can be very small, or exceedingly large, depending on the variety. These Hostas below are ones with medium to small sized leaves, which I grow in my garden. They vary in their "blueness", but all are good.
