This is an autumnal design, using a brown ceramic bowl for the container, with half a block of wet-foam for the mechanics. I have placed a piece of driftwood across the foam, then added the other materials. From the bottom left of the design, clockwise, there is a brown wicker sphere with some deep yellow-orange roses around it, then some dried Oak leaves (Quercus ilex). On the other side of the driftwood, there are some glycerined Mahonia japonica leaves, a group of green Chrysanthemums, a group of terracotta Chrysanthemums, and some artificial red and yellow apples. The design is finished off with the addition of a hessian bow. |
