This contemporary table arrangement has been made in a square metal container, with floral foam for the mechanics. I began with a strip of pink sisal which was pinned on diagonally from corner to corner. I then added some decorative aluminium wire which was bent and twisted, then placed over the sisal and fixed to the corners of the container. I then covered the foam on both sides with leaves of Fatshedera lizei 'Pia', an evergreen foliage with attractively undulating edges. Then, on one side, I've used pink 'Heaven' Roses, and on the other side, a group of pink and white Dendrobium (Singapore) Orchids. I've also used some single orchid flowers inserted amongst the spaces in the aluminium wire. Finally, I've used some green pom-pom Chrysanthemums, randomly placed for added colour and texture.
