This textured pavé design has been made in a shallow square basket with a metal liner, and floral foam for the mechanics. The plant materials have all been blocked or layered and form patterns within the design. Green sisal has been formed into three long strips and bound with green bullion wire, then pinned on diagonally across the design. Pieces of Bear grass dissect the sisal at intervals, and defoliated Ivy stems give a change of texture over the sisal. Ivy leaves form a deep green river in the opposite direction. Other foliage used is Buxus sempervirens. The flowers used are yellow Roses, yellow Gerberas, green spray Chrysanthemums, yellow spray Chrysanthemums and yellow mini spray Chrysanthemums.
