This design uses no floral foam at all. The design is made in a shallow black metal tray with black pebbles and glass nuggets inside (see closeup picture below). Bleached Mitsumata branches have been used upside down, and have been cut so that they will balance correctly and stand without support when attached together at the top with silver bullion wire, wigwam style. A selection of small glass containers of different sizes and shapes have been attached to the branches with silver bullion wire, the largest ones at the base, graduating to the smallest ones towards the top of the design. These are filled with water, and the flowers are arranged singly or in small bunches. The flowers used are white roses, white mini spray Chrysanthemums and Gypsophila 'Million Stars'.
