This contemporary design has been made in a round basket, with floral foam for the mechanics. I've used spring flowers and foliage for this design. I began by making a collar of the ruffled leaves of Fatshedera lizei, and added some Hedera colchica 'Sulphur Heart' for added colour. I've arranged some pink Hyacinths in an upright group, interspersed with Cornus 'Midwinter Fire' and Kerria japonica flore plena for height. For added colour interest and texture, I've used some lime green string wound around the base of the design.
