This design has been made in a round glass dish, with Oasis Rainbow Foam® for the mechanics. I've used half a block of fuchsia, and half a block of lilac coloured Rainbow Foam® in the centre of the design, and cut out a wavy design on them so that the darker fuchsia foam is sandwiched between the lighter lilac coloured foam. Around the edge I've scattered some lilac and ivory foam cubes, interspersing them with some glass nuggets of differing shapes. I began with five pink Gerberas, grouped, then added some variegated Pittosporum foliage and some variegated Hedera colchica 'Gloire de Marengo' leaves at the base of the Gerberas. Three white standard Carnations were added to give a block of colour. Finally, I've also used a group of ivory coloured foam cubes pinned on with purple pearl-headed pins to create a different texture and repeat the colour of the Carnations.
