This contemporary all-round design has been made in a glass container, with floral foam for the mechanics. I covered the foam by pinning on a wide Phormium tenax variegata leaf horizontally around the foam (not visible in the picture). Then I added some pink sisal around the foam, and scattered some glass nuggets around the sisal to repeat the texture and shine of the glass container. I then added a collar of Hedera colchica 'Sulphur Heart' foliage. For the height in the centre I've used several stems of pink Prunus blossom. I've then added groups of pink roses, pale yellow lilies and green 'Prado' carnations. Some pink sisal "nests" filled with glass nuggets have been pinned on to bring through the colour from inside the container.
