This arrangement has been made in a dark coloured bamboo basket, with floral foam for the mechanics. For the height, I have used Phormium tenax purpurea, with Eucalyptus gunnii. The Eucalyptus also defines the outline of the design. Other foliage used is Hedera colchica "Sulphur Heart", Mahonia japonica and Lonicera pileata. The flowers used have been grouped so that they form blocks of colour, and these are pale yellow Gerbera, red double Tulips and orange Roses, with a group of green Cymbidium orchids at the front, and green spray Chrysanthemums for filling in.
