DESIGN 123

This design is made using a well-pinholder for the mechnics. A well-pinholder is a pinholder which fits into a small plastic container which holds water. The well-pinholder is placed in one quadrant of a square blue ceramic dish. For the height, I have used Phormium tenax purpurea. Other foliage used is Vitis coignetiae (just turning to autumn colours), trails of Hedera helix, and Hedera colchica "Sulphur Heart". For the focal point I have used 1 stem of orange Lilies. Other flowers used are 2 tall blue Aconitum (Monk's Hood), and 3 stems of blue-dyed Dendrobiums (Singapore Orchids). To add interest, I have used some green seed heads of Anemone japonica "Honorine Jobert".
