This is quite a traditional design, being a triangle. I have used a shallow green decorative dish, with a plastic dish and floral foam for the mechanics. I have used Phormium tenax purpurea for the height, and other foliage used is Fatshedera lizei, Hedera 'Suphur Heart', and for a contrast of form, feathery Cryptomeria japonica, a conifer. The flowers used are all in shades of pink, and are Protea, standard Carnations, Roses, and Lilium 'Stargazer'.
